1. FRANKLIN LOCK
BUFFET CRUISE - Thursday & Saturday - 5 Hour Cruise
Enjoy a five hour relaxing cruise, going east on the calm waters of the Intracoastal Waterway. Pass through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers locks that control the waters in Lake Okeechobee and observe the working of the locks. |
The Intracoastal Waterways and their banks flourish with tropical growth, wild flowers, native palms, jungle ferns, orchids, native birds, and sometimes alligators. You may also see dolphins, manatees, large fish and eagles, all in their natural habitat. Have our much talked about ALL YOU CAN EAT meal. On the way back join us in our sing-along, dancing or the open third deck - a fun-filled day!

Sail westward with us on our four hour historical cruise on the Intracoastal Waterway to the Gulf of Mexico, passing Cape Coral, Shell Point Village, Punta Rassa, and other points of interest. |
Watch playful dolphins leaping back and forth under the bow and enjoy a delicious ALL YOU CAN EAT lunch en route to the Gulf. On the way back, join us in for our sing-along, some dancing, and maybe some sunbathing on our open sun deck.

6. LAKE OKEECHOBEE
ONE-DAY BOAT CRUISE - Monday or Tuesday Only
Spend the day and cruise The Intracoastal & Okeechobee Waterways aboard the Capt. J.P! Leave Fort Myers at 8:00 a.m. on an air-conditioned motor coach furnished by the Capt. J.P. (1 1/2 hr. ride). Sail from Clewiston at (approximately) 9:30 a.m. cruising the Rim Canal via the Okeechobee Waterway, then cruising west approximately 90 miles on the calm Intra into Lake Okeechobee. From there we cruise west approximately 90 miles on the Intracoastal Waterway, passing through three sets of locks. |
Lake Okeechobee is the second largest lake in the U.S.A. surrounded by one state. Listen to an informative narration and learn many things about the big "O". Includes a continental breakfast, lunch, & ALL YOU CAN EAT dinner. Enjoy live music and dancing as well as our open air third deck. Arrive in Fort Myers at the location of your own car at approximately 7:30 p.m.

Sail with the Capt. J.P. at 10:00 a.m. from Fort Myers for a relaxing cruise approximately 65 miles east on the calm waters of the Intracoastal Waterway to Moore Haven. Pass through two sets of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers locks that control the waters in Lake Okeechobee, observing their workings as we go. The Intracoastal Waterway and their banks flourish with Tropical growth, native birds. sometimes alligators, manatees & other wildlife in their natural Florida habitat. |
While on board listen to informative narration about the waterway. Also enjoy two BUFFET MEALS (lunch & dinner), live music and dancing, as well as sightseeing on the open air third deck. Return to the point of departure by air-conditioned motor coach furnished by the Capt. J.P. at approximately 6:00 p.m. (1 hr. motor coach ride)
