Come Aboard! Allow the *Capt. J.P.* to make that special occasion even more special with an adventure on the Caloosahatchee River and the Intracoastal Waterway. Our experienced staff and crew are happy to assist you in planning your: Formal Prom Wedding Rehearsal dinner Anniversary Birthday Office and Christmas Parties *Whatever your special occasion, the Capt. J.P.* will make your festive event a memorable one. Also take advantage of our special occasion coordinator for an extra fee.**	The *Capt. J.P.* is a modern, triple deck paddle wheeler equipped to serve up to 310+ passengers on our two enclosed decks for a luxurious dining experience. Entertainment is provided on either of the two decks, along with spacious dance floors. These two enclosed decks are climate controlled and have large picturesque windows for your viewing pleasure while sailing along the river. Our open air third deck is spacious enough for viewing Florida's beautiful sunsets or twilight star gazing. There are three full service bars, one on each deck

Private Charters do not include decorations. Decorator services available for an additional fee.

The Capt. J.P. requires that you meet a minimum guaranteed number of passengers to privately charter one of our enclosed decks or the entire boat. These guarantees vary, depending on day and time, as well as the size of your group. Guarantees are as follows:

200 passengers guaranteed - entire boat		225 passengers guaranteed = entire boat
125 passengers guaranteed/maximum 170 - 1st deck private charter		150 passengers guaranteed/maximum 170 - 1st deck private charter
100 passengers guaranteed/maximum 140 - 2nd deck private charter		125 passengers guaranteed/maximum 140 - 2nd deck private charter

In the month of December, a minimum guarantee of 300 passengers is required on Friday and Saturday Evenings.

The per person charter price includes meal, entertainment, and a three hour cruise with an additional 30 minute boarding time. The Capt. J.P. departs from the downtown Fort Myers Yacht Basin at the foot of Hendry Street. Free parking is provided on weekends and after 5 p.m. on weekdays. A flat rate of $500.00 will be charged for each additional hour scheduled. A 20% deposit is required in order to reserve a date for private charters.

The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable and must be received on date assigned or contract will be void and reservation cancelled. Balance is required 10 days prior to charter date.
